Motochek enables registered users to access Motor Vehicle Register information electronically.
How to access Motochek
Before you can access any Motor Vehicle Register information, you will need to register for the Motochek service.
Information available through Motochek
The information you can access through Motochek depends on the access group you are allocated when you register.

Available queries
Once you can log in to Motochek, you will be able to run some or all of the following queries.

| Current details | Returns the current registered person details (restricted) for the specified plate number or vehicle identification number (VIN). |
| Registered person as at | Returns the registered person of the vehicle for the specified plate number or VIN and date queried. |
| Registered person history | Returns a list of all owners registered to the vehicle, in reverse date order. |
| Confirm registered person | Returns confirmation on whether the details entered match the identity of the current registered person for the vehicle held on the Motor Vehicle Register |
| Latest RUC licence | Returns details of the latest RUC licence will be returned for the specified plate number or VIN. |
| RUC licence history | Returns details of the 10 latest RUC licences issued for the specified plate number or VIN. Licence details will be displayed in reverse order with the most recent licence displayed at the top of the page. |
| Vehicle details | Odometer history details will be returned for the specified plate number or VIN in reverse date order. In addition, a full table of registration information about each vehicle will be returned. |
| Vehicle usage history | Returns vehicle usage history details for the specified plate number or VIN. |
Queries can be submitted as either immediate or overnight screen format (max of six vehicles) or overnight data format (max of 1000 vehicles) transactions.
